53 - K-Town, Represent.

Shorts - Vintage DIY Shredded Cut-Offs, Top - Vintage, Belt - Vintage, Jewelry - Konstantino + Flea Market + Handmade by my Great Great Aunt Fran (I know, right?), Shoes - Jeffrey Campbell, Lipstick - Revlon in Wine Not, 

This bag is another piece from ye ol' box of wonder that Lulu's sent over. I've been in the market for a brown bag for a long time, and I fell in love with this one the moment I saw it. I'm also really into this bag, in terms of big brown things. Also, do you like how the difference between me not trying and me putting in the effort really just comes down to lipstick and big shoes?

This whole look reminds me of Mexico, down to the photos. I live in Koreatown in Los Angeles, soon to be made famous by MTV's bizarre and vaguely offensive reality TV shenanigans, and my favorite thing about Koreatown is that it looks like it's half Korea and half Mexico, making it ultimately perfect. I've only been to Mexico once, but I really want to go back soon; I remember the food being amazing. A side note about the new K-Town television series: it appears to be filmed in a four-block radius around my house, which means that you can look forward to seeing me in the background of most scenes, jumping on top of tables at karaoke bars and demanding more boba in my milk tea.

1. Has everyone seen the photos for Spell Designs new jewelry collection? It's all pretty killer.

2. You are all in BIG trouble. Why didn't anyone tell me that this girl exists? She is the most perfect person on the entire planet.

  8. Another super duper outfit! I love the shades, and recently tried on a similar pair in an antique shop. They were beautiful but made out of glass and 1940s, I think, so far too fragile for everyday.

  28. I don't know, I see it as your 'off day outfits' being super fantastic like everything else you wear...only because it's true. That top is so adorable.

    I'm so jelly; I've always wanted to live in an 'Asian town' - if only because I really loved living around so many Asians when I lived in California as a kid, so I suppose it's more like nostalgic reasons for me. Whenever my fiancee and I go into Boston, we usually end up near Chinatown, and I'd do anything to live there...if it wasn't the shadiest part of the city. :( Shopping there is always fun, though.
